This is the shortened version of the traditional series, 26 postures, most done only once, 2 breathing exercises. This is a 60 minute moving meditation, a progressive series of postures that build upon each other, so it is imperative to arrive 5 minutes before class starts. The sequence of the postures are designed to allow the body to stretch, detoxify, relieve stress, tone the muscles and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more.
Note: Cell phones and other electronics of any kind are not permitted in the room to allow for full meditation. Smart watches are permitted but they must be on silent and messages should not be checked during class.
