J8 Hot Pilates & Yoga (“J8”, “we”, “us”) runs this website, j8hotpilatesyoga.com, and studios in Burlingame, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Bookings, payments and the contact form
Our class schedule, bookings, memberships, payments, and contact form are provided by Momence, our studio management platform. Information you enter in those sections goes directly to Momence and is handled under Momence’s privacy policy. We never see or store your full payment card details.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under California law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email us at the address below. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Bookings for minors should be made by a parent or guardian.
